Each set of Claws are uniquely made to fit your customized shape of nail bed, please allow 7-14 business days to be made and shipped out.
How do I take care of my Claws for longer wear?
Follow the Care Package included so that you receive to enhance the longevity of your claws.
What if my Claws do not fit?
AND CLAWS is NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect measurements of press Ons. If you are unsure of your nail size, please purchase a sizing kit for guaranteed fit
I accidentally put the wrong shipping address, what do i do?
If your claws have not been shipped out yet, contact Andclaws and we may be able to update your order. If shipping label is already printed and packaged, you will have to repurchase a new shipping label. Lastly, if it is already packaged and shipped AndClaws will not send a replacement package. So please double, triple check that your billing and shipping address is correct before pressing purchase.
Customer Returns:
Unfortunately, AndClaws has a no refund/cancellation policy. After your claws have been ordered the process of creation will begin. Each pair of claws is handmade and designed once order is placed. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at andclaws@gmail.com with the subject as your order # and we will fulfill your request.
Shipping Damages or Claws Flawed
Please email us at andclaws@gmail.com with the subject as your order #. You have exactly 3 days from your delivery date to open a dispute. Pictures will be required.
Where is my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking code with your confirmation email. It takes up to 7 business days to receive a tracking number. Once you receive a tracking number your order will update through usps.com in 24-48 hours.
What if my package is lost?
AndClaws is not responsible for claws that are lost by the mail carrier or 3rd party shipping service.
What if my package was returned back to seller?
If your package returns back to us, you will be responsible to pay the shipping cost again. We will email you the invoice for the new shipping label. Please make sure you type your address correctly before pressing purchase. Usually if a package is returned, its related because of insufficient address provided by consumer.
I want to order another set, but I already made a order that has not shipped yet!
